We aim to register you within 48 hours of submitting your application. But, if we can't find your NHS records or if you haven't provided your ID documents it will take longer.

If you were prescribed repeat medication by your previous GP, we will ask you to provide us a copy of your repeat prescription list after registration.

Patients must complete our online registration form as a new patient and provide us two forms of appropriate identification. One must have your photo on it and the other must show proof of residency. For example:

  • Photo ID: Passport, Driving Licence or another form of photo ID

  • Proof of residency e.g. bank statement, utility bill or rental agreement

Unfortunately, if your address does not fall within practice boundary, we will not be able to register you. Please visit NHS UK website to find a GP nearest to your postcode/location.
