How do I contact the Reception Team?

Our reception team are available between 8.30am and 6.00pm each week day to take your call and answer queries at reception. If you need to contact the practice regarding a test results, please visit the Test Results page which explains how and when to contact the practice regarding a test result.

All our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. We treat everyone with courtesy and respect, and we expect you to do the same. If you are rude or abusive towards our team members, we reserve the right to terminate the call.

You can also submit an administrative request online between 9.00am - 12 noon using our Patient Triage service (further information below). 

How can I update my personal details?

Click here to update your personal details. You can request a change to your name, address or contact details by using the online form.

 
If you have access to the internet, you can submit an online query to the practice between 9am - 12 noon, each weekday, using the ‘Patient Triage’ button on our website. This service is available for a limited number of requests for a GP appointment each day (dependent on capacity) and also for administrative queries.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR URGENT REQUESTS - instead, please contact the practice directly by phone. Once the daily limit for medical requests is reached, please do not use the admin request option to submit a medical query for assessment. You must contact the practice by phone, or try again the following day if not urgent.
