How will I be contacted to book my Flu Vaccination?

Invited By Text You will receive a Text Message (SMS) from us asking you to click a link which will allow you to book via our online booking service.

Invited By Telephone One of our Patient Services Team  will call you and invite you to attend one of our vaccination clinics.

How will I be contacted to book my Covid Vaccination?

Eligible patients will be invited by the NHS to book their Covid Booster using the National Booking Service on the NHS website or by calling 119 free of charge. Eligible patients should wait to receive an invite from the NHS by letter or text message before booking.

Please note: The Judges Close Pharmacy is not offering Covid & Flu vaccinations. An administrative error by the Pharmacy has caused some confusion for patients. The Judges Close Pharmacy is not owned or run by Modality Partnership, therefore please address any concerns regarding this to the Judges Close Pharmacy Team direct, and not to the practice team.

How will be vaccinated if I am housebound or live in a Care Home and cannot attend a vaccination clinic?

NHS Sussex have confirmed that a Community Pharmacy will be delivering Covid vaccinations for all housebound, residential nursing and care home patients. The Community Pharmacy will contact the patients direct to arrange.

Flu vaccinations will be provided by the Modality Mid Sussex team and patients will be contact by the practice team to arrange.
