About the Role

This is a super exciting time; Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a Senior Transformation Manager. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our dynamic National Central Business Support Team. As the Senior Transformation Manager you will play a crucial part in supporting the advances of Modality at a national and international level.

You will be responsible for managing large scale transformation projects from concept to mobilisation working with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, facilitating collaboration and delivery, inc. executive leads, senior clinicians, senior managers and colleagues at all levels. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.


This role is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for implementing strategic and tactical solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care. You will need to deliver work at pace, be prepared to work to challenging deadlines and be able to prioritise well, juggling multiple competing priorities at any given time.
