National Strategy and Project Implementation Manager (Base to be Negotiated)

Full-Time 37.5 hours per week

Salary circa £45k per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

 

This is an exciting time for the Modality Partnership and we are looking to recruit to the role of National Strategy and Project Implementation Manager. You will be an integral part of the senior management team leading a forward thinking GP Super Partnership in a stimulating environment……Does this sound like the opportunity for you? The postholder will be required to undertake designated projects to support the integration and business development agenda’s within the Partnership across all divisions. Working closely with the divisional boards and senior management teams, you will manage and deliver projects that drive efficiency and create income generating outputs.

With project and staff operational management experience and/or relevant qualifications, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in delivering high level change management programmes/initiatives that add real value to an organisation. Possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to influence individuals at all levels within and external to the Partnership as well as strong negotiating skills as well as the ability to analyse complex data to inform effective decision making will be essential.

Travelling across Modality practices and sites will be a requirement of the role.
